SHIPPING POLICY

Where do you ship from?
Your order ships from our little corner of the Byron Bay Hinterland. Dispatched from the Federal or Mullumbimby post office, nestled amongst the trees where we call home. As a semi-rural, nature-rooted business, delivery may take a little longer than metro areas, and we're grateful for your patience.

How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Australian public holidays). Meaning if you place an order after 2pm on Friday, it won't be packed until the following Monday.

Free Express Shipping with Australia Post on orders over $100 AUD
$10 AUD Standard Shipping with Australia Post
$15 AUD Express Post with Australia Post

INTERNATIONAL
Australia Post Express: Delivered within 4–10 business days.
Australia Post Standard: Delivered within 12–25 business days.

Depending on your location international shipping times can vary, most orders are received within 5-15 business days around the world. It can depend on other factors like your local customs clearance times.

All international orders are shipped via registered Australia Post. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

United States
We are closely monitoring the evolving US tariff landscape and are committed to doing everything we can to minimise additional costs for our US customers. If you're ordering from the US and have concerns about duties, please reach out to us before placing your order and we'll do our best to work something out together. Please note this does not include any applicable state taxes, which are outside of our control.

European Union, Canada & United Kingdom
Delivery duties and taxes are collected at checkout for orders shipped to the EU, Canada and the United Kingdom. This ensures your order arrives seamlessly without additional customs fees or delays upon arrival.

Rest of World
For all other international orders, duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country as determined by your local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend familiarising yourself with your local import rules prior to placing your order.

Please note we are unable to modify the declared value on any commercial invoice. We appreciate your understanding, it's just one of the ways we keep things honest around here.
